Horrible customer service. I called to ask a very simple pre-sales question and was met by an old grouchy lady with a horrible attitude. If this is how they act before the sale, I can only imagine they're worse after the sale. I will order from somewhere else.
I ordered a $5 part and requested the $5 shipping. They charged my card $10. After it shipped, they reversed that charge and then instead billed me $15 to include a pricier shipping method that I didn't request. When I called about it, I was told a rep would get back to me within 24 hours. I never heard back after a week, so I wrote a poor review about it here. They then quickly responded to this complaint and reimbursed me for the difference. Thank you Encompass.

Every person i have spoken to has been warm and very helpful. Working with Encompass has been very easy and the products they have sent are high quality.
I have recommended Encompass to several friends who have recently purchased homes and are looking for replacement parts needed for the appliances in their new house.
I purchased a part for my LG refrigerator and it was the wrong part sent. I called encompass to find out I needed to send the part back with me paying the shipping back to the at a cost of $12.00. I think the company should pay for it going back to them after it was there error. I actually ordered it from a different company and it was the correct part. Also the part had no label stating the part number from encompass but the one I received from this other company did.

Someone needs to shut down this joke of a company. They are not accessible. They push you towards the bots and hide behind automation. It been 6 months since I have ordered from this "resource".
I placed my order on January 25, the expected shipping date was just a few days later. However, this date kept changing because of (Back order items). Last expected was March 26, now it's changed to April 30 !
Never buy from this website again.
I ordered vaccum cleaner brush roll on dec4tg 2020 and thes estimated shipment date was 1/7/2021. It has been 2 months since i have ordered yet there is no response from them or further shipment details. Very bad
The Kenmore refrigerator part I ordered that they advertise as fitting my double door unit and charged over $100 for was too short to fit. The careerrepairman I called to put it on I showed me, who I had to pay $95 to come over and do it. The company has ignored all my requests for reimbursement of my costs. Stay away from this company and do not waste your money on their inferior substandard parts!
I called to tell them that they only sent one piece on my tv stand. It’s suppose to come with two legs and screws. The guy said no problem he will send it out first thing. Then they charged my card for the part that I never got again and because I declined it they declined sending the parts. I paid for the parts already this is total bs that I have to pay you twice to get a part I should have got in the first place
I ordered two portable LG air conditioner parts on 7-20-2020. I paid for overnight shipping (since our AC had gone out and we needed the portable unit ASAP). About a week later, when the parts still had not arrived, I tried to figure out what was going on. I first checked my credit card that I used to pay for the parts. No purchase was reflected on the account. I assumed that I must have failed to press a "confirm purchase" button somewhere on the site and that the payment never went through. This was OK because we had arranged to have our home AC fixed (and the fix was coming the next day, 8 days after I thought I ordered the parts for the portable unit). Since our home AC was working and our card wasn't charged I just let it go. No biggie. Last week, three months after my purchase attempt (!!), I received emails from Encompass telling me to expect my parts. I checked my credit card. Yup, my card was charged 3 months after I attempted purchase. Luckily, we still want the portable AC parts in case of an AC failure. However, there was zero communication from Encompass stating that the parts were delayed, on back order, etc. and because my card wasn't charged in July I just let it go. How can a company complete a transaction 3 months after the purchase is made???
Encompass.com was never able to get a fix on my part or ensure it was successfully navigated to me.
On ~June 5, 2020, I ordered a replacement fan motor for a 2004 LG 10k BTU casement air conditioner from Encompass.com, which they (email) confirmed to ship within ~10 days. They failed to do so, but put me off another ~10 days. This went on for several more repeats into mid August, typically, with me submitting a shipping update/order status request and them replying with a new (later) ship date. Once, to my amazement, I was actually able to reach someone by phone, the representative was overbearing, rude and obstinate, saying, in effect, after performing a quick internet search .... that since he could find no one else showing it in stock, they should be excused from their non-performance and repeatedly failed ship dates and as to the provided misinformation, that they simply relayed what (LG) told them. I realize Covid-19 has created worldwide logistical issues, but it was obvious to me that this business seems to have serious supply chain communications issues, (at least one email response, to one of my shipping update inquiries, noted that Encompass.com got its parts shipping info direct from LG).
On or slightly after each missed shipping date, I would send another email, ~5 in all, requesting updated info. In ~mid August, they abruptly canceled the order, without explanation.
Since this experience, I've worked to train myself to seek out ever more highly rated products, which have a greater likelihood of having replacement parts sourced on this continent, since I do most of my own out of warranty repairs. Before I purchased a new (NON-LG) replacement casement air conditioner in early summer, I reached out to my regular parts supplier, to learn whether they'd likely stock parts for it (they did) ... :-)
Hopefully, Encompass.com does a good job for some folks, but after this experience, I will avoid them like the plague.
UPDATE: 10/2/20 - Earlier today, Appliancefactoryparts.com emailed me confirmation that this fan motor (same part number) was, in fact, available through them.
I ordered a set of TV stands for a TCL television. They arrived promptly, but incomplete. They sent only ONE of the stands. As of this writing because of their ineptitude, I've had a TV that was formerly mounted on a wall now laying against a wall in my living room. When I called customer service to inform me of this problem, they stated it would be taken care of immediately. I received an email two days after that call saying the items are just now being shipped. They got my money, didn't provide adequate service and now they are costing me TIME. Something I really do not appreciate.
